What's included in your subscriptions?
Each plan includes secure hosting, all editing features / mobile optimization, unlimited forms, Premium Apps (Blog, Appointments, Chat, & Automatic Backups) and ongoing support. The Business Apps (Store and Membership) require the Advanced Plan, which also includes 1 business email and search engine submission. Add-ons like design, marketing, SEO audits, and Business Emails are also available.
Do I own my website once it's built?
Yes. You'll have full access to your website and content, however, the hosting subscription (i.e. Basic or Advanced Plan) must be paid and current in order for the site to be online. We believe in transparency and giving clients full control.
How long does it take to launch?
Most projects take 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity and how quickly you provide your content. Rush projects may be available upon request.
What do I need to get started?
Just a short intake form, your business info, and any branding or content you'd like to include. Don't worry—we'll walk you through it.
Can I update the website myself later?
Absolutely. Your site is built on a user-friendly platform. You'll get login access and guidance so you can make updates anytime, or you can hire us to do it for you.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. All hosting plans include support for technical issues, and we also offer paid service add-ons like content updates, SEO, or marketing help.
Can my site have a store and booking?
Yes! We support online stores (including digital downloads), membership websites, appointment bookings, and more. We'll help you pick the tools that fit your business.
What are the hosting/maintenance fees?
Basic hosting starts at $15/month (or $150/yr). Advanced hosting for E-commerce and other advanced features are available for $35/month (or $300/yr). All plans include SSL security, automatic updates, and support.
What if I already have a domain?
We can help connect your existing domain at no extra charge, or if you already know how to edit your DNS records you'll simply set an A record for the root domain (@) to have a value of 3.13.192.206 and another A record for the www subdomain that also has a value of 3.13.192.206. We'll handle the setup of adding your domain to complete the connection on our end for you.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once a service begins. We're happy to answer all your questions beforehand to make sure you're confident in your decision. We also provide a limited free 14 day trial option which you can sign up for by clicking the Sign Up button in our site header.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts for hosting which is billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel anytime by emailing a cancellation request to tim@dycusdigital.com. However, custom services require an agreement to be e-signed.
Can you help with social media too?
Yes! We offer optional services like email campaign setup, branded content creation, video editing, and light social media help. Ask us for a custom quote.
